I ordered this attachment strap for my LuggageWorks bag and it clipped on with no issues at all. I wasn’t sure if it would fit my older suitcase, but it matched up just fine and feels secure. The ordering process was simple, and everything went smoothly. Based on my experience, I’d feel comfortable buying from them again...

The bag arrived with everything safe inside. Uh, no dents or missing stuff, so I’m happy with it.

I got my bag from luggageworks.com it’s been solid. It barely tips over, even when I’ve packed it to the point where I’m sure the zipper is questioning my life choices. Rolls smoothly too, which makes me wonder what kind of airport-floor sorcery they’re using. I took off one star because it does feel a little heavy sometimes, like they slipped a secret brick in there when nobody was looking. Still, overall it’s a dependable bag.

The site does look professional at first, and the bags seem like they’re made for serious use. But the whole thing feels a bit outdated, and some sections don’t give enough detail to really help you decide. It’s not terrible, just kind of okay. I was expecting a better experience, an apology for how lacking some of the information is wouldn’t hurt.

I’ve dragged it through airports, thrown it in and out of cars, and used it almost every week, and the wheels and handle are still solid. It’s definitely on the heavier side, and the outside has picked up plenty of scuffs, but that kind of comes with the territory. I’ll admit I’ve looked at some other brands lately because they seem lighter and a little more polished, so I’m a bit torn. But every time I think about switching, this bag reminds me why I stuck with LuggageWorks in the first place. It’s not fancy, but it’s seriously durable and worth it if you travel a lot

I bought my bag from luggageworks.com and my biggest worry was whether it would actually work as a carry-on. I’ve taken it on a couple flights now, and I’m really happy with it. It fit in the overhead bin easily, even on a packed plane, without me having to shove it in or awkwardly turn it around forever. Shipping was smooth too. I needed a replacement bag quickly and, i was just hoping they’d have something that worked. They actually had the exact one in stock, so that was a relief. Checkout was simple too, no weird issues or anything... just easy.

This is a solid bag. The wheels are suuuper reasonable on airport floors and don’t make that loud clacky sound I was expecting. It does get a bit noisier outside on rough pavement, but overall it’s still totally fine and I’m happy with it.

I really thought I was going to like this bag, especially because I bought it right before a trip and spent way too much time comparing luggage online while half-watching TV. But actually moving it around ended up being frustrating. The wheels don’t roll smoothly, and every time I tried to turn a corner it felt like the bag was fighting me. At the airport, it kept tipping or dragging weirdly, especially when I went from the tile floor to carpet. I had my coffee in one hand and was trying to check my gate at the same time, so having to constantly adjust my grip got annoying fast. For the price, I expected it to handle a lot better. It might be sturdy, but for regular travel, it’s just kind of a pain to maneuver.

The box showed up smashed, ripped, and dirty, which was really disappointing. I’m careful about what I spend my money on, so it was frustrating to pay for this and have it arrive looking like it had been tossed around.

After a trip, I just use a damp cloth and most of the marks come right off. It’s one less annoying thing to deal with when I’m already tired from traveling
